During his visit, Minister Özer received information about the communication center from the Press and Public Relations Counsellor Yıldız Aktaş, talked with the personnel who answered the calls from the citizens and listened to their demands and suggestions.

 

Özer also had the opportunity to observe a call the sign language service offered to hearing-impaired citizens.

 

Minister Özer congratulated the employees of the communication center for being deemed worthy of the "World Class" award in the "Best Communication Center" category, He went on to say, "We are leaving a productive year behind in which we have implemented many projects and carried out many works. In this process, we have always stood by our teachers and parents with the support of you and our Ministry staff.  Thus I am very grateful. I hope we will continue to improve our education system in 2023. I would like to take this occasion to say Happy New Year. I also would like to celebrate the new year of everyone who works for the future of our country and education community. I wish 2023 to bring health, peace and happiness."

 

Celebrating their new year by surprising the citizens who called the communication center, Minister Özer answered the call of a student from Malatya related to the school bus.
