MEBİM WAS SELECTED AS THE WORLD'S BEST COMMUNICATION CENTER 3 TIMES IN A ROW AND RECEIVED THE

In his statement, Minister Özer stated that the Ministry of National Education Communication Center (MEBİM) was opened in Van Erçiş in March 2012 and has been serving the citizens by working 24-7 since its establishment.
 
Stating that MEBİM carries out an important public duty, Özer said, "Since 2012, MEBİM has served 24 million 790 thousand citizens. MEBİM, which serves our students, parents and teachers, answers their questions and helps them to solve their problems. It also ensures equal opportunity in education. 79% of the applications received by MEBİM are for getting information, 6% are for requests, 4% consist of opinions and suggestions, 9% are for application support and 2% are for administrative issues. All kinds of problems, opinions, suggestions and requests are forwarded to the relevant units, provinces, districts and schools, so that our citizens can obtain information. Every step is taken as fast as possible to solve the problems."
 
Minister Özer stated that MEBİM, which acts as an important bridge between the Ministry and the citizens and ensures communication, won the "2022 Contact Center World (CCW) World Finals" held in Malta for the 17th time by the World Call Center (Contact Center World). He went on to say, "MEBİM was also deemed worthy of the 'World Class' award this year, as it won the first prize three times in a row and was chosen as the world's best communication center in the competition, in which more than 2,000 participants from 80 countries took part. I would like to congratulate our employees and sincerely thank everyone for their contributions."
