Advantaged Technical School for Girls İzmir Culture and Arts Center which aims at becoming a new center in the culture and arts vision of Türkiye opened its gates.
 
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's spouse Emine Erdoğan cut the ribbon of the center during a ceremony participated by Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer, his spouse  Nebahat Özer, İzmir Deputy Ceyda Bölünmez Çankırı, Director General For Lifelong Learning Sabahattin Dülger, Chairman of the İzmir Provincial Directorate of National Education Murat Mücahit Yentür and İzmir Governor Yavuz Selim Köşger's spouse Fatma Köşger. 
 
Erdoğan and accompanying delegation visited the recycled lace workshop, Anatolia Vests Exhibition, embroidery, miniature and needlepoint shops.
 
Minister Özer gave Emine Erdoğan a handmade ring produced from recycled glassware as a part of the Zero Waste Project of the Ministry and a silver brooch as a present.
 
İzmir Culture and Arts Center includes an exhibition hall which will promote traditional handcrafts and display them, a service area which will serve the tastes of Turkish cuisine, shops and culture and arts library.
