Several experts have to work together to increase the quality of course books in terms of
Scientific Content,
Language and Explanation,
Educational Design,
Visual Design
Measurement and Assessment.
Preparation of course books has been planned as the work of a group of experts. Concepts within such work have been redefined. Concepts such as editor, author, area expert, educational and visual design, language expert are thought of as a professional occupation.

In the academic year 2001-2002, 16.064.500 books have been published and a total of 21.826.190 books have been delivered for use.
